93% to recommend the company’s services to others!

Berlin, MA, January 11, 2002 – GlobalVision International, Inc., a specialist in software and web localization, announced today the results of its first Client Satisfaction Survey, conducted in December, 2001.

The survey measured the satisfaction level of GlobalVision’s client base. The following are the highlights of the survey:

92% of the respondents are extremely or very satisfied. There were no unsatisfied respondents. 93% would recommend GlobalVision’s services to others.

96% stated that GlobalVision’s employees are experts in their field and 100% of the respondents said that GlobalVision is responsive to their needs. Furthermore, 100% of the respondents stated that all their project needs and issues were addressed to their satisfaction.

84% of the respondents that are familiar with our competitors’ services said that GlobalVision’s services are better. GlobalVision was not stated worst by any respondent.

One respondent, who has been a client for over 3 years wrote, “GlobalVision has been instrumental in making our success bigger and easier to attain. Without doubt, GlobalVision has been the best vendor/supplier/partner I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. High regards for their work, timeliness, work ethics, dependability and sharing in what very few disappoints that have been encountered. On a scale of 1-10, GlobalVision is an 11+.”

“We have very special requirements that many other localization companies would not consider doing”, an anonymous respondent stated. He or she then added, “GlobalVision folded our unique requirements into their process and delivered localized files as requested”.
