The customer satisfaction survey is automatically sent to each client upon the translation project delivery. It gives the customer the opportunity to rate key performance metrics as well as to anonymously offer comments regarding the service they received.
This year, over 150 customers partook in the survey. Overall 70% of the respondents rated the service quality as very high and 27% rated it high. This is 97% total rating for high and very high service quality!
Here are the highlights of the survey’s results:
- 94% said that the quality met their needs
- 99% said that projects were delivered on or ahead of schedule
- 95% said that the budget was met
